Guarding/ Direct Staff

The personnel employed for our aforesaid Divisions are having basic education level of minimum 10th standard. All the employees are given in house training of 12 days before actual deployment at client’s location to ensure that they are fully trained to perform their duties in best possible manner. Further, specialized training is also given to security personnel to be deployed at specific locations viz. Bank/ ATM’s, MNC’s, Manufacturing Industry, Technology, Corporate & Hospitality sector.

Apart from that, all the employees are further given refresher & on job training on weekly basis with total 52 training days every year for all existing employee covering specific training based on actual job profile.

Operational & other Indirect Staff

The Operational & other category of indirect staff of GSF comprises of field, back office and managerial staff. The same are hand picked retired officer’s of Armed Forces ably supported by young and highly experienced civilian team of professionals in the fields of sales, marketing, operations, HR and administration. The entire indirect staff of GSF is under direct employment & is permanent employees of GSF.

The company has laid down strict hiring norms for all categories of personnel’s & no one above the age of 45 and below the age of 21 years is inducted in the Guarding personnel category.

GSF has a pool of talent with the highly experienced top management at the helm and works in total corporatized/ professional manner.

Communication Network

GSF is very well linked on the internet and all its offices are on the net wherein all the information’s/ clients feedback are collated on the net and necessary remedial action is taken through well established CRM Department. The company maintains exhaustive databases and archival information about each & every client. The customized software tools also help GSF in generating reports which facilitate in smooth client feedback and operations.

Logistics & Mobility

The Company maintains a fleet of vehicles dedicated for general operation’s & CMS activities through its Transport Division which responds in reasonable TAT to cater to any operational issue at client’s location. The entire operational staff/ ground operation personnel are equipped with mobile phones to maintain effective communication amongst team member’s & clients on 24x7x365 basis.

The said fleet of CMS Vehicles are technology driven having latest version of equipment with effective MigsGrup system, CCTV, electronic intrusion alarms, anti fire equipment, double door with centralized locking all backed by very effective tracking, communication system & impeccable team of crew/ Gunmen to ensure safe and timely pick up/ delivery.
